Enharmonic

Enharmonic notes are different names for the same key on the piano — for example, F sharp and G flat are the same note. Understanding enharmonics helps you read music in different keys without confusion. Don't overthink it: if F# and Gb land on the same black key, you're pressing the right one either way.
